As set down in the foundation bylaws, the Foundation aims to promote intercultural exchange and an entrepreneurial spirit among the young. It also aims to promote and to uphold sportive, cultural and artistic activities among the young and to spend its annual income to the profit of social, sportive, cultural and artistic bodies and organizations for the young. The Foundation has neither lucrative purpose nor any political, confessional or governmental character.
