The Dekeyser & Friends Team visited the land we bought for the construction of the new village in Compostella, close to Cebu City in the Philippines. We are sure that the scavenger families will feel as happy here as we did within seconds - drinking fresh Coconut juice and climbing up the hills full of fruit trees. Afterwards, we visited the scavengers at their current homes close to the dumpsite. 18 Fellows will be involved with their Friend Dr. Heinz Kulueke in getting the new village started from April 2010 onwards. It will be a great adventure. |
