Teamwork

Workshop

The Teamwork workshop is centered on outdoor activities, which require Fellows to work as a team and support each other to reach a common goal. The purpose of this workshop is to enhance the team spirit within the Fellow group and to allow Fellows to get to know each other in different situations other than the normal project environment.

Rationale

Working together in a team is not only the basis for Fellows to successfully complete the Project challenge, but will be equally important when later implementing the DreamPlan together with a team of co-workers.
